ANN CALDWELL ADAIR is a forty-something homeschooling mother of two brilliant kids. Married to software developer Jon Adair for over fifteen years, she shares his love of learning, web 2.0, and classic rock. Ann also enjoys cooking, knitting, and watching the wildlife enjoy her butterfly garden and backyard bird areas.
Ann holds both the B.M. and M.M. in Music Performance from the University of South Florida School of Music in the College of Visual and Performing Arts. She enjoyed an interesting career as a bassoonist before settling down and starting a family. She is also a music theory enthusiast and currently plays piano and organ at St. James United Methodist Church at Tampa Palms.
Mrs. Adair is particularly interested in the dissemination of performing and fine arts throughout the general population. She firmly believes that art is not elitist, but is the transformation of the ordinary into the extraordinary.
