Today, I’m visiting with some very special people: beginning bassoonists! We are going to go over some basics about putting the instrument together, posture, hand position, crowing reeds, making sounds with the reed and bocal, and finally playing on the bassoon itself! The folks in charge want to hear Hot Cross Buns, but I have 2 additional tunes up my sleeve for these beginners to have fun with.
